Michigan Football: 3 takeaways from the loss to Wisconsin
The 2017 season is looking like a failure
It’s hard to call this Michigan football team a failure, because it’s a fun team to watch. The Wolverines are hard hitting and they play great defense. But with all their talent, they have underachieved.
Michigan has one of the best defenses in the country. There is no doubt about that. Yet, the offense has been a drag on it all season. All the quarterbacks that have played, have struggled at times and even Peters may not be the answer.
Following this loss and the even more disappointing loss to Michigan State, the only thing that can save this season is a win over Ohio State.
That would get Michigan into a decent bowl game and would also give them a chance for a third straight 10-win season. But even more, it would be a win over the hated Buckeyes. It’s the biggest game of the year, every year.
