Michigan Football vs Indiana: Predictions, storylines and how to watch
Michigan will win, but it won’t be easy
It seems like this week has been excruciatingly long. The Wolverines probably feel that way too. Anytime you lose, you want to get back on the field and finally, Saturday morning, Michigan football will get to do that.
But, what will happen when the Wolverines take on the Hoosiers?
You can expect the Michigan defense to play with a vengeance. Yes, the defense dominated in the second half against the Spartans, but in the first half, it allowed more than 120 rushing yards. For the season, it allows only 84 per game.

Indiana will move the ball some, especially with its up-tempo offense. But Michigan football should have a chip on its shoulder and I expect a strong effort from the defense. The Hoosiers may score 10 or even 13 points, but I don’t see much more than that.
When the Wolverines have the ball, expect them to run it, a lot. Isaac, Evans and Higdon need to get going and UM needs to establish itself in the trenches. If it can’t do that against Indiana, that’s a serious problem.
With a good ground game and a tremendous defense, I believe O’Korn bounces back. I don’t expect anything special, but I see him throwing for around 200 yards and maybe a touchdown or two. He will also do a better job of taking care of the ball.
However, the Michigan offense will still have some issues and it’s hard to see it scoring more than 20 some points. Hopefully it will finally have that breakout performance we have all been waiting for, but on the road, don’t hold your breath.
