Following a shocking home loss to Michigan State, Michigan football will look to rebound on the road against Indiana Saturday. Here’s a look at the Hoosiers.

At the start of the season for Michigan football, the game at Indiana looked like a possible trap game. But after the loss to Michigan State, it’s pretty much a must-win for the Wolverines.

In the first three years under head coach Jim Harbaugh, this is the first moment of crisis for Michigan football. The Wolverines went from being national title contenders in the eyes of many, to overrated pretenders. And if they can’t win in Bloomington Saturday (12 PM EST), things could get ugly.

Winning on the road, in the Big Ten is never easy. That’s why the prospect of back-to-back games at Indiana and Penn State is daunting.

The last time Michigan football played at Indiana, it needed overtime to beat the Hoosiers. And last season, in Ann Arbor, the Wolverines again barely escaped with a win.

John O’Korn was the starter against Indiana last season, so at least we know he has beat them before. And hey, he is 1-0 against that other team from Indiana, Purdue. The Hoosiers are also just 3-2 overall and 0-2 in the Big Ten. They are no juggernaut, but ask Ohio State, this team can play.

It remains to be seen whether or not Indiana can move the ball against Michigan’s fierce defense, but anyone that thinks this is an automatic win is mistaken.

With that in mind, here is a breakdown of Indiana.
