The razzle-dazzle
Along with his national championship performance, this is how Albrecht will be and should be remembered. Never the most athletic player on the court, Albrecht made plays that made you get out of your seat and give a sassy “NO HE DIDN’T!”
Here’s what I’m talking about.

Then there were the countless passes while dribbling through the defense that made everyone’s head spin. This is what made Albrecht such a special player for Michigan.
He put himself in position to make these amazing plays because of tremendous ball handling. (I know the second Vine shows Albrecht losing the ball, but we’ll cut him a break there.) Albrecht was already low to the ground, but his shiftiness and ability to turn on a dime made him a tough guard for anyone. Plus, as a defender, you also had to respect him from behind the arc.
Honestly, someone could make a compilation of Albrecht making great passes, and I’d never stop watching it.
