Bo Schembechler’s greatest season at Michigan came in 1973. Michigan and Ohio State both had an undefeated 10-0 record going into the season finale. The Wolverines were down 10-0 after three quarters, but were able to come back and tie the game up. Michigan had a game-winning field goal attempt with 28 seconds left, but they were unable to convert. Their season finished with a 10-0-1 record.
