Michigan Wolverine Recruiting: Harbaugh offers Stanford Commit Reagan Williams
Reagan Williams, a 2015 commit for the Stanford Cardinals received an offer from Jim Harbaugh and the Michigan Wolverines. Could it be a coincidence or planned that Williams getting his offer while he is taking his official visit to Stanford this weekend as well.

Williams is from Jackson, Ohio who is 6’2, 235lbs. and most recruiting services have him as a 4-star prospect who could play linebacker, defensive end, or full back. Willing to bet that Michigan is targeting him to play full back especially with two fullbacks on the roster that their eligibility will be up soon.
Remember Harbaugh using the fullback at Stanford and a power running game which you need a good blocker at fullback and at tight end to make a effective running game and punishing running game as well.
Reagan has over ten offers which is low for a 4-star recruit, but remember he also committed to Stanford back in July of 2014 so a lot of teams usually don’t offer if a recruit commits elsewhere unless they feel they have a chance to switch his commitment. He has offers from Boston College, Indiana, Michigan, Purdue, and a few MAC schools.

Reagan seems to have a plan in place and will be interesting to see if a Michigan offer now changes those plans. Will a possibility of playing closer to home with a Stanford-like academics at Michigan entice him to take a look at Michigan and possible schedule a visit to the Wolverine state?
Michigan Wolverines
The 2016 recruiting class will be a lot bigger than the previous couple years of recruiting at Michigan which will be a good thing for Jim Harbaugh and staff to start bringing in their own players that they want to build around this Michigan program.
The coaches have already started the 2016 recruiting class coming out early and offering several recruits that they believe will help the Michigan program. Some might not be the elite level ranked by the recruiting sites, but as we have seen in the past they have been wrong many times before and these coaches have shown that they can make a 3-star into a NFL player.
