Guys,

Thanks for a great blog. Sometimes it hurts but they say,” the truth will set us free”. Please keep up the good work and God Bless,

Don

Thanks for the props. It is our goal to give our fellow Michigan fans our 100% unbiased opinions on Michigan football. Sometimes that might not be the positive way to grow a blog, but we started this blog to give our honest opinion no matter what happened.

CoachBt: One of the reasons I agreed to help Eroc out was he has never censored, or watered down anything I have had to say. If it hurts some others feelings so be it.

ErocWolverine: I told CoachBt when he agreed to help me out that all I wanted was his honest opinion no matter what because we are not sugarcoating anything and we are not here to fluff posters to attract more attention. My motto to him was “tell the truth no matter how bad it hurts their feeling because if it is true they cannot be pissed off at you”.

We enjoy the lively and passion debates with other Michigan fans.

First, we are Michigan fans first and are fans just like anybody else. Are we critical on the team, players, etc.? Yes, we are, but we also are positive as well, but some do not want to see those things we say.

We want Coach Rod to do well because if he does not do well that means Michigan football does not do well and that would be the worst thing for us to see.

We will not sugarcoat things just to get people to like this blog better or get more kool-aid drinkers to follow. We want to give our honest opinion and sometimes doing that you have to say what is wrong or what we believe happened because being 3-9 no matter how you spin it is not a good season.

We are also already prepared for the “Haters of us and this blog” to come out next year with I told you Coach Rod would turn it around. Well we hope so as well and never, NEVER said he would not. We have big shoulders and cannot wait for those things to arrive.

We are hoping this team does as we predicted earlier in the year with at least a 7-5 season and make a bowl game to get additional practice time and show fans, donors, and especially recruits the Michigan program is headed in the right direction. If you go back and look at your past blogs especially back in the spring you will see we hit on almost everything we talked about EXCEPT the record for this past year where we thought 7-5.

Have we had many negative comments this year? Sure, we have, but hard to keep beating the “everything is great” drum when you are 3-9 no matter how you spin it. People overlook the positive things we have said this year because they want to hate. We have had many things throughout the year or since Coach Rod has arrived that, we have enjoyed and glad he is here. The coach’s clinic is another example of one of the things that we have benefited from under Coach Rod.
