Urban Meyer had audacity to call out Michigan football over the NCAA's decision

Urban Meyer just can't stop talking about Michigan football and the Connor Stalions case.

Urban Meyer, the Fox Sports college football analyst and former Ohio State head coach, just can't keep his mouth shut about Michigan football.

Meyer has been on multiple podcasts talking about the Michigan Wolverines, following the punishment handed down by the NCAA last week, a punishment Michigan is appealing.

Meyer has been critical of the NCAA, basically saying they have no power. Essentially, he has sounded like an Ohio State fanboy, which is what he is at this point, just watch his halftime analysis the past few years of the Michigan-Ohio State game.

Meyer even said there was no way Michigan football would run the ball on Ohio State in the second half in 2022, before Donovan Edwards ripped off two touchdowns runs of over 70 yards.

Urban Meyer on the Michigan football punishments

Meyer has suggested that Jim Harbaugh, the former Michigan football head coach, deserves more punishment from the NFL, just like Jim Tressel, even though the big difference is that there was stone-cold evidence of Tressel committing Level-1 violations, and then covering them up.

The former Ohio State head coach told Colin Cowherd on "The Herd" that the Michigan scandal was a "big deal" which differs greatly from Joel Klatt, who has said the more you know about football, the less you think this mattered.

Clearly, since Michigan rolled through five top-15 opponents in six weeks, twice without its head coach, after Connor Stalions was fired, it didn't matter. It wasn't the reason, but Meyer wouldn't understand that because he isn't an expert on college football -- he's an expert on paying players under the table, which is the main reason he won his national championships.

Meyer did it as an assistant at Notre Dame, and the real reason the NCAA is a joke is that it allowed coaches like Meyer and programs like Ohio State to cheat openly, without consequence.

Buy a cheeseburger or stand up for the rights of college football players and you better watch out, because that's the only thing Jim Harbaugh ever did wrong. That's what the evidence shows, too.
