There are three football games left in the 2025 Michigan fooball season. Two away games and the Ohio State Buckeyes at home are the main course to this season’s dining experience.

The previous nine dishes were not very tasty, although the away Nebraska and home Washington wins were promising. But the upcoming games determine whether Michigan fooball fans are happy and sated or rummaging around the pantry for chips.

1. Wrap Jordan Marshall in cotton and put him in a Hyperbaric Chamber

Seeing starter Justice Haynes on the sideline on a knee scooter (check out the picture from Chris Peterson’s article with Justice smiling while the rest of the sidelines look grim) then hearing reports that he’ll have surgery makes Michigan fans fear for power running back Jordan Marshall’s health. Sherrone had two “sure things” for the offense going into last week’s game: the running game and Donaven McCulley. However, that number was reduced to one in the third quarter.

Bye weeks are often called “improvement week,” but Michigan needs it to be “get healthy week.” Not only should Jordan be barred from contact, but he shouldn’t be allowed outside in the chilly November weather. Instead, all the reps should go to former walk-on Bryson Kuzdzal, who had four carries for 23 yards, and freshman Jasper Parker, who carried once for four yards. The offensive line has been outstanding, so more practice behind them will help them see where the holes are and aren’t. Kuzdzal showed patience and anticipation, which is learned in live practice.
