Michigan football is back to work with the start of fall camp and here are four storylines to watch for the Wolverines.

Freshman impacts

It's not going to be easy for freshmen to crack the lineup for Michigan football this season but Sherrone Moore mentioned a few at Big Ten Media Days that should have a chance.

Cole Sullivan is one name that comes to mind. The Wolverines could use another guy at linebacker and he's just a perfect fit for the scheme. Sullivan can cover and rush the passer. He was a problem in the spring game and I'd be surprised if he didn't burn his redshirt.

I'Marion Stewart and Channing Goodwin were also mentioned by Moore. The Wolverines added some depth at wide receiver from the transfer portal, but Stewart and Goodwin will have the chance to play early and you never know, maybe wide receiver shouldn't be a concern for fans.

Dominic Nichols also got a shout out from Moore and the EDGE might be able to work his way into the rotation. Keep an eye on running back Jordan Marshall too.

Michigan has an interesting mix for talent and experience. The offense has some things to prove but if the defense is as good as advertised and if everyone can stay healthy (the most important thing in fall camp) this team won't drop off much, if at all.
