Right tackle: Andrew Gentry

The offensive line is pretty set in my eyes. Myles Hinton will be the starting left tackle and Phil Steele ranked him 11th in all of college football at the position and third among tackles in the Big Ten.

That's a good starting point. The other tackle spot is the one job up for grabs on the offensive line. Andrew Genrty, a former BYU commitment who eventually flipped and joined the Wolverines after his Mormon mission, was a top-100 recruit coming out of high school.

He's taken the past two seasons to get back in football shape and started to look the part last season and even some this spring. Gentry had some pass protection issues in the spring game, but was blowing people off the ball. Jeff Persi has started at tackle before and been solid.

Persi is the other name to know. Evan Link, a 2023 signee for Michigan football, could also work his way into the mix but my money is on Gentry.
