How to watch the Michigan football spring game
As weeks of spring practice, Michigan football fans will get their first look at the 2024 squad with the annual Michigan spring game.
It's going to have a different feel. That's because Jim Harbaugh is now living in Los Angeles, in an RV, preparing for the NFL draft and to coach the Chargers this season. Sherrone Moore is the Michigan football head coach and Saturday will be another first.
The Wolverines are going to play a football game. An actual football game. You won't see the weird stuff that you saw at Ole Miss. It's going to be physical and it sounds like Michigan football held its spring game draft earlier this week.
Teams are divided into Maize and Blue. We'll see when the rosters are announced but I believe we saw them before the spring game started last season. Alex Orji, Davis Warren, Jayden Denegal, and Jaydn Davis will be focal points as the quarterback battle is out in the open for the first time.
There has has been talk of transfer portal additions at quarterback but if Jaden Rashada is the best available option, I don't see that helping Michigan much this season. Even if they had the NIL to land him.
The defense should be spectacular. I wouldn't be surprised if Michigan had the best defense in college football. I want to see the offensive line and how that holds up, plus the running game but it should be good to have football back again.
In terms of how to watch the Michigan football spring game, it's being shown on Fox at 12 PM EST. Michigan football legend Jake Butt will also be on the call. FuboTV is another option.
