Maryland did virtually nothing in the transfer portal, they didn't lose any players, but they also didn't seize the opportunity and bring in any players in the spring window.

The Terrapins lost their starting quarterback Taulia Tagovailoa due to no eligibility, but they didn't lose a lot of seniors other than that. After a respectable 8-5 season, going 4-5 in the conference, the Terrapins could make a step forward in 2024.
