How will Minnesota's run defense hold up?

The season average in terms of rushing yards allowed looks a lot better for Minnesota than the 274 yards allowed last week to Iowa.

Part of that had to do with Kaleb Johnson just having an incredible day, but Michigan football running backs know a thing or two about having a day. The Wolverines just rushed for 290 yards last week and have gone over 290 yards in each of the past two games.

Minnesota is allowing just 3.8 yards per attempt and for the most part, the Golden Gophers have been stout defensively in the Fleck era. But Michigan has never struggled to run the ball against the Gophers and if that trend continues, it will be a long day for Minnesota.
