Can Michigan football contain another high-powered offense?

Jedd Fisch is a really good playcaller so Wink Martindale and the Michigan football defense will have its hands full once again.

Will Rogers, the Washington quarterback is no joke. He's got 10 touchdown passes this season and is completing over 74 percent of his passes. He's also got zero interceptions. That's why this Huskies squad is just a few plays from being 5-0.

This isn't just a pass offense though. Jonah Coleman, the Washington running back is averaging 7.2 yards per attempt and over 100 yards per game. He's also got 13 receptions for 106 yards and two touchdowns.

Giles Jackson, the one-time Michigan football player, is leading the Huskies with 34 receptions for 401 yards, while Denzel Boston has been a touchdown machine with seven and 412 total yards.

This is all to say this offense is no joke. It's every bit as good as USC and the defense is going to need a spectacular effort. The good news is that Washington has allowed seven sacks. So there are some issues with pass protection and Michigan's front four has to take advantage.

Wink needs to drop seven into coverage on almost every play and trust the defensive line to win.
