3 thoughts heading into Michigan football spring game
Another first for Sherrone Moore, Michigan football
Sherrone Moore spent three games as the Michigan football head coach last season. But Saturday, he will lead the team into the spring game, although he won't coach the Maize or the Blue team, as the Wolverines head coach. No interim tag this time.
Wink Martindale and Kirk Campbell are coaching the two squads. Wink will have another offensive coach calling plays, while Campbell will have a defensive coaching doing the same.
It will be interesting to see how things run under Moore. My guess is that it's going to be physical and competitive. I have no idea how the score will be kept, although I'm assuming just regular score like Mchigan did the past two seasons.
There's no reason to reinvent the wheel. But Moore has his own style and I'm excited to see how that comes out. It's going to be an important recruiting weekend too and thankfully, we are less than 24 hours away from some Michigan football.
