3 reasons Michigan football will beat Texas in Week 2
The Home Field Advantage
Coming off of a national championship, the home field advantage in Ann Arbor should be special. Season ticket demand was off the charts compared to previous years, and there should be lots of energy.
On a warm September day, the Big House is going to be rocking. With a matchup that should feature College Gameday and Big Noon Kickoff, the atmosphere is going to be fantastic. And while Texas quarterback Quinn Ewers has played in plenty of tough environments, an early in the season showdown could create some Texas mistakes.
We've seen the Big House play a huge role in Michigan football defeating Ohio State both last year and in 2021, and I'd expect this atmosphere to be similar to those. Michigan fans are tired of being doubted, and they're going to do everything they can to help this team get the recognition it deserves against Texas. Go blue.
