3 Michigan football games I'm particularly looking forward to in 2024

There's no shortage of exciting games on the Wolverines schedule this fall, but there's three games that I'm especially looking forward to.

2. USC

The USC Trojans make their way to Ann Arbor in week 4 to renew a Rose Bowl rivalry. These two blue-blood programs have played each other 10 times with USC winning six times and Michigan football winning four times. They last played in 2007 so the anticipation for both fan bases will be extremely high.

Lincoln Riley will be entering his third season as the USC head coach and the first two years have been somewhat underwhelming, especially on the defensive side of the ball. Riley vowed to make a change and he hired a new defensive coordinator for the 2024 season.

The Big House is planning a "stripe out" for the first time in the history of the stadium. The stripe out will add to what should already be a raucous atmosphere in Ann Arbor. I expect Michigan football to turn this game into a blood bath by running the ball at the Trojans nonstop from start to finish.

Prediction: Michigan 35 USC 14.
