Michigan defense dominates again

As far as I see it, Michigan football won the game last week for three reasons: The defense, Orji taking care of the ball, and Mullings. You can throw Donovan Edwards in there too.

This week, the formula doesn't have to be that different. Michigan just needs to get the ball, stuff the Minnesota run game, and let the front four wreak havoc.

USC flat out couldn't block Michigan. Not many teams will be able to. The Wolverines have four NFL players on their defensive front. Those guys will set the tone this week. Minnesota won't be able to run the ball and if that's the case, it's going to be a long day for their quarterback who will be sacked around five times and throw two interceptions.

Michigan football vs. Minnesota score prediction

The Wolverines are a 10.5-point favorite and while they'll have some issues scoring points, the defense will control the game. U-M will get the run game going and they'll win 26-14.

Prediction: Michigan 26, Minnesota 14
