Ohio State has been the best team in college football all season, so it's not a big surprise that the Buckeyes are a double-digit favorite over the Wolverines.

Michigan football is 9-2. The Wolverines are still alive for the Big Ten championship and the College Football Playoff, but will need to pull a huge upset to make it happen.

That's because the Buckeyes are a 12.5-point favorite going into this one. The over/under is 44.5 ponits. The moneyline is -535 for the Buckeyes and +400 for Michigan football.

Ohio State has dominated teams this season, with the only close game being a 14-7 win over Texas. However, it's fair to point out that the Buckeyes have had one of the easier schedules in the Big Ten.

Penn State played at the Shoe without its starting quarterback. OSU won at Washington, beating the Huskies 24-6. Michigan beat the same team 24-7 at home. The Buckeyes notched an impressive win over Illinois on the road, yet the Illinis just lost their fourth game, and were defeated handily by Wisconsin.

The Buckeyes have only beaten one team that will be ranked in the College Football Playoff Rankings next week and it was a seven-point win.

Ohio State has also been a favorite in three of its four losses to Michigan. The Buckeyes were a 22-point favorite last season, in addition to being the favorite in 2021 and 2022.

For Michigan, a potential playoff berth and a spot in the Big Ten championship game are at stake. If the Wolverines win and Washington upsets Oregon, in Seattle, Michigan will head to Indy.
