Michigan's game against Indiana was scary, and it wasn't even Halloween yet. Nope, that is this week, when the Wolverines take on Rutgers, and it will truly be a nightmare if Kyle Whittingham and his team lose to the Scarlet Knights.
Alright, I am done with the Halloween references, for now at least. In all seriousness, Michigan is already down bad after what was probably one of the worst offensive performances from the Wolverines all season long. It came with freshman Tommy Carr in the game, and the worst part of it was that, in four red zone trips, Michigan scored just six points.
That is not what you want to see out of the offense, even against a great defense like Indiana. Michigan's offense wasted an elite performance from the Wolverines' defense, yet again, and at some point something has to give.
There is hope that Michigan can bounce back, especially offensively, against the Scarlet Knights. If the offense struggles in this game, where the Wolverines are the overwhelming favorite, then the problem is bigger than anyone really thought.

Weather forecast in Piscataway, NJ
On the spookiest day of the year, the weather will be the least scary thing about this game. It should be moderately warm for the start of the game, with a high of 66 degrees and a low of 46 degrees, and some cloud cover. The wind shouldn't play a factor in throwing the ball; not that Michigan throws the ball all that often to be affected by wind.
