Michigan legend Desmond Howard throws ultimate shade at College GameDay caterer
Desmond Howard has a job to do on ESPN College Gameday, even when they visit Columbus, Ohio for Ohio State games, but no one said he has to participate in things involving Ohio State.
With the crew in Columbus today for No. 2 Ohio State taking on No. 5 Indiana in the Horseshoe today, at some point in the show, a caterer from Columbus brought in food for the guys just like they do every show. However, Howard, a legend from Michigan, showed how much this rivalry means to him and came prepared with his own bag lunch.
The caterer even made a dessert shaped like the Horseshoe and put it right in front of Howard, but Howard slyly pulled out his bag lunch and took a bite of his homemade sandwich rather than dare eat something made at Ohio State, even though that food looked gourmet.
Talk about staying true to your team, even though Howard has to be at Ohio State for his job today, he is still staying true to Blue and sticking with his Wolverines. It should be interesting to see who Howard picks during his game picks when it comes to picking the big game for today which is Ohio State and Indiana.
Something tells me Howard isn't going to be riding with the Buckeyes, especially with the true rivalry game on the horizon next week as Michigan will look to continue their winning streak against the Buckeyes and spoil Ryan Day and Ohio State's chances at a Big Ten title game.
Desmond Howard, you were already a legend at Michigan, but not even eating the food made at Ohio State is another level of shade thrown at your rival, and Michigan fans thank you for that.
