It has been nearly two weeks since the conclusion of the NFL Draft, and with rookie camps underway, there is a lot to be on the lookout for. Michigan has three first-round picks, and each one is making their mark in his own way, but one defensive lineman is showing out at his rookie camp, and it's not Mason Graham.
Kenneth Grant, who was selected by the Miami Dolphins with the 13th overall pick, is showing his skills on the field to anyone who is willing to see. The big man is impressive with his speed and agility, and ends it all with a bang in the way he attacks tackling dummies.
Grant was projected to be taken in the first round, but some were surprised at how high he truly went. As a solid defensive line prospect, some felt Grant was more suited for later-round teams, but the Miami Dolphins clearly saw something in Grant that was worth drafting him as high as they did.
Kenneth Grant is a big man who can MOVE!

Kenneth Grant is showing out at rookie mini camp, but has also been advised to slow down
Grant is apparently going all gas and no brakes at the Dolphins mini camp as the first-round pick is using his opportunity to make an impact on his coaching staff. However, his coaches have been giving the young pass rusher some sound advice that every NFL rookie should take.
Dolphin's defensive coach, Anthony Weaver, has had to advise Grant to slow down a bit in camp, and with everything flying at him so fast, he needs to work on taking everything one day at a time. Grant can only focus on what that day of camp throws at him and not focus too far into the future because the future will be here faster than he knows it, and if he isn't ready come game one of the season, it can certainly hit you like a ton of bricks.
