Recipe: Buffalo Chicken Wings
Ingredients: Chicken wings, Frank's Red Hot, garlic powder, cayenne, butter
Directions:
1. Season your chicken wings with olive oil, salt and pepper.
2. Make your buffalo sauce by pouring Frank's Red Hot into pot and adding your desired amount of garlic and cayenne. I like my wings spicy so I usually add a generous amount of cayenne. Mix all the ingredients together and place on medium heat.
3. Once the mixture begins to bubble, take the pot off the stove and place to the side. After about one minute, add half a stick of butter to the pot. Continuously stir until the butter is melted into the sauce.
4. Place your sauce to the side and cook your wings. I like to grill my wings by placing them on indirect heat and continuously flipping them. Slowly start bringing them closer and closer to direct heat until you reach an internal temperature of at least 175 degrees.
5. Once your wings are cooked, place them into your buffalo sauce, shake until they are all covered and enjoy!

Beer of the Week: Snaggletooth Bandana IPA
Snaggletooth Bandana is a delicious IPA from Solemn Oath Brewery. It has an ABV of 6.5% with a fresh hop aroma of grapefruit, citrus, and pineapple notes, but it is not a sweet beer. It is lesser known but a delicious one with a pretty cool can, if I do say so myself.

Michigan football prop bets of the week vs. Penn State
Prop Bets of the Week: Savion Hiter longest run 14+ yards at -120 and JJ Buchanan anytime touchdown scorer at +135.
Two prop bets for tomorrow that I like. First, I am going to keep smashing the Savion Hiter longest run button because I know it is coming... it simply has to! I am confident he is going to break a long one soon, and tomorrow might be the day. Penn State's defense ranks 104th in yards per rush and 84th in rushing yards allowed per game. The opportunities will be there, and I think we'll see Savion break a long one for Michigan football on Saturday.
The second bet is JJ Buchanan anytime scorer. JJ has scored a touchdown in three out of five games so far this year. He has emerged as one of Bryce's most trusted targets, and that bodes well for him tomorrow because Bryce needs to get back on track. I am looking for Beck to get Bryce throwing on the move tomorrow, and JJ's targets should be up. Penn State's pass defense ranks top 35 in most statistical categories, but I still like JJ to find the end zone tomorrow. Go Blue!
Odds are subject to change.
