Gameday Recipe: Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients: Rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper to liking, blue cheese crumbles, sliced jalapeno, green onion.
Instructions:
1. Shred the chicken finely to your liking. Add one cup of buffalo sauce, 2 eight-ounce packages of cream cheese, and one cup of ranch dressing together in a skillet pan over medium heat and stir until it is a blended mixture and warm all the way through.
2. Transfer the mixture to a crock pot and add in your shredded cheese. We prefer to use cheddar but it is up to you! Make it as cheesy as you would like. Cook on low heat until the mixture is hot all the way through. Add diced jalapeno, green onion and blue cheese on top!
3. Serve your buffalo chicken dip with a dipping vessel of your choice. Celery is a good option for a healthier choice. Crackers and pretzels are tasty, but our personal favorite is a salty tortilla chip. Delicious and perfect to snack on throughout the entire game.

Beer of the Week: Zombie Dust from Three Floyds Brewing Company
Zombie Dust is a delicious American Pale Ale with an ABV of 6.5%. Three Floyds is one of our favorite breweries, and they have a lot of good beers. Zombie Dust is a hoppy beer with citrus, pine, and tropical fruit notes. It is a perfect beer to drink a few of while watching The Game.
Prop Bet of the Week: Jordan Marshall over 90 rushing yards at +105 and Donaven McCulley over 40 receiving yards at +121.
To put it simply, I just do not see Jordan Marshall being denied a 100-yard game tomorrow vs the Buckeyes. The Michigan football running back is an Ohio kid who has been waiting for his opportunity in this rivalry since the day he stepped on campus. The Ohio State defense ranks third in the nation, giving up an average of 78.6 rushing yards per game. They are as stout of a defense as Michigan has seen since they faced Oklahoma in week two. However, this Michigan rushing attack is by far the best that this Ohio State defense has faced all year, as the Wolverines' rush offense ranks 10th nationally. The second-best they have faced all year in terms of ranking is Ohio University, which ranks 15th nationally.
The weather is going to be cold, and Michigan football is going to run the ball often. It is going to be a fierce battle in the trenches, but I think Marshall eclipses the 90-yard mark. The other bet I like is for McCulley to get over the 40-yard receiving mark. The Ohio State defense ranks first nationally in opponent passing yards per game. Michigan is going to have to take some deep shots at some point in this game, and I think McCulley is going to be given a couple of opportunities for a jump ball. I like his chances to come down with at least one of them and get over the forty-yard mark. You have to imagine that the Ohio State defense is preparing to stop Andrew Marsh first and foremost, which I think opens up a couple of opportunities for McCulley down the field. Go Blue!
P.S. If you want to bet a different receiver's over yards total, Andrew Marsh over 60 yards at +113 is great value!
