Recipe: Steak Flatbread
Ingredients: Flatbread of your choice, garlic spread, Calabrian chili paste, Brie cheese, flank steak, red onion, arugula, parmesan cheese, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Spread garlic spread over the flatbread, then add a thin layer of Calabrian chili paste.
3. Arrange slices of Brie on top.
4. Bake until the Brie is melted and bubbling.
5. Top with thinly sliced cooked steak, arugula, red onion, and shaved Parmesan.
6. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic, and honey.
7. Finish with flaky salt, slice, and serve.
Optional: serve with roasted garlic aioli (pictured)
Beer of the Week: Anti-Hero
Anti-Hero is a delicious IPA made by Revolution Brewing Company in Chicago. Anti-Hero has an ABV of 6.7% with flavors of citrus, floral, pine, grapefruit, and lemon. While that may sound like a lot, the taste is much simpler. It has a bold hop punch with no sweetness. It is a delicious beer that is one of my personal favorites, and it is great to pair with steak flatbread.

Prop Bets of the Week: We have four Michigan football prop bets for you this week.
1. Savion Hiter anytime touchdown scorer at +165. Hiter scored his first two career touchdowns last week against UTEP. He feels like a player whose floodgates are about to open now that he has a couple under his belt. The ultra-talented back is ready to have a breakout game and announce his presence to the rest of college football. Jordan Marshall is going to play, but it sounds like he is still dealing with a nagging injury, so I expect Hiter's workload to increase.
2. Savion Hiter over 36.5 rushing yards at -115.I like this bet for all of the reasons why I like the first bet. I also like it because this is a bet that can cash at anytime if Hiter breaks a long one. He has shown the ability to break tackles, and I expect he will also put his breakaway speed on display this week.
3. Tony Diaz under 5.5 receptions at -145. Tony Diaz gave the Michigan defense and secondary some bulletin board material this week when he compared playing against their man coverage to being like a kid in a candy shop. I am certain that is lighting a fire under the Michigan defensive backfield as they prepare for the Iowa offense. Diaz has 17 catches through three games (5.6 receptions per game), but the Iowa offense has not seen anything close to what they will see when they step on the field with Michigan. I think the Michigan defense wins the battle and holds Diaz under six catches.
4. Trey Butkowski over 1.5 field goals at +150. Trey Butkowski is 2/2 on field goals and 10/10 on extra points so far this year. His field goal makes were 40 and 49-yarders. He has shown early on that he is a reliable kicker who is capable of making longer kicks. This game seems like it is on track to be a defensive slugfest all day. I think field goals will end up being the difference in a big game like this and so I like Butkowski to hit two or more.
