Sherrone Moore can still win a big game

There was a segment of the Michigan football fanbase already calling for the head of Sherrone Moore last week after the loss to Illinois.

Those voices would have only grown louder with a loss to Michigan State. The Spartans owned the first quarter but Michigan adjusted and the Wolverines trusted their plan.

There are still some weird calls and personnel decisions. But beating Michigan State is a pre-requisite to be a successful coach at Michigan. You have to do it. Moore is now 2-0 against Michigan State and Ohio State.

Yes, things haven't gone as well as we all hoped this season. But it's way too early to think about giving up on Moore. He's going to get at least three years and next season will be a much better indication of where this program is at with him in charge.
