Michigan uses two quarterbacks

It feels like Davis Warren will start for Michigan football. The reason he got benched in the first place was turning the ball over. Warren turned it over on 8 percent of his throws.

Yet, Loveland was at his best when Warren was playing quarterback. The offense moved the ball, Warren just needs to protect the ball better.

Sitting on the bench for five weeks can help with that. Michigan football also needs to use Alex Orji. He opens up things in the run game. You can get a numbers advantage running the quarterback and the Wolverines need to utilize it.

Even if Orji just needs 4-5 yards per play, the defense has to take notice. It has to adjust and even though Warren makes sense as the starter, Orji has to be part of the gameplan.
