Can Michigan run the ball?

You might think that going up against Indiana, Michigan football should be able to run at will on the Hoosiers. But this team is different and through nine games, Indiana is allowing just 2.7 rushing yards per attempt. Michgan football is averaging 4.6.

That's going to be a key factor in this game. Davis Warren has been fine since returning to the starting lineup. Against Oregon, Warren was 13-of-23 for 165 yards and two touchdowns.

Warren can't carry the offense though. He needs a running game and that has been a mixed bag all season. Kalel Mullings was a non-factor last week. The Wolverines need to get him, Mullings, and Orji going on the ground.

If they do, they'll have a chance. But if Indiana shuts down the Wolverines on the ground, it will put a lot of pressure on Warren and the Michigan defense.
