3 coaches for Michigan to consider hiring to facilitate Bryce Underwood's development

As it stands today, Chip Lindsey is the primary coach who works with Bryce Underwood. He underachieved in his first season, and with the money that the Wolverines spent on the uber recruit, it's not acceptable. To maximize his talents for his remaining time at Michigan and to get him prepared for the NFL, Sherrone Moore has to consider hiring a quarterback guru to get the most out of him. Here are three names that should be on the list of applicants.

Jake Peetz-Offensive Passing Game Coordinator, Seattle Seahawks

Peetz has a degree from Nebraska and has worked on Sean McVay and Nick Saban's staffs before. He also spent time with Chad Henne in the NFL. In Seattle, the offense is currently ranked in the top 10 in passing yards, and Jaxon Smith-Njigba is leading the league in receiving yards. His ties with the Big Ten and Mike Macdonald would make him a prime candidate.

Daniel Stern-Assistant Quarterbacks Coach, Baltimore Ravens

Stern is considered as one of the rising stars in the industry. He graduated at the top of his class at an Ivy league school. He has contributed behind the scenes to Lamar Jackson's two-time MVP seasons. Some would venture to say that Bryce Underwood has similarities to Jackson, and that could aid Stern in the process, assuming Sherrone Moore seeks his knowledge.

Harold Goodwin-Assistant Head Coach/Run Game Coordinator, Carolina Panthers

Goodwin has the most NFL experience of the three and started his coaching career at Michigan, where he played offensive line for the maize and blue. He's been a part of two Super Bowl victories in Tampa Bay and Pittsburgh. In his most recent stint with the Panthers, Goodwin has revitalized Rico Dowdle's career and has the Panthers in the midst of a playoff push. Though many would speculate that leaving such a prestigious job in the NFL for Michigan football would be a huge downgrade.
