5 things we learned from Michigan football win in ‘The Game’ — the most important ever
No more excuses
Earlier this week, Ryan Day embraced the idea that Michigan football’s last two wins weren’t legitimate, saying, “We learned a lot about what has gone on the last two years.”
Apparently, he didn’t.
As I’ve said, only a loser — someone trying to make up excuses for their failures instead of overcoming them — would try to blame “advanced in-person scouting” for his failures, especially when Ohio State had Michigan’s signs all along and was trading them to other Big Ten teams.
That’s the ridiculous part about all of this — Ohio State was doing the same or worse (got milk) and I’m joyous at the thought of the Buckeyes’ secrets getting exposed, because if you think they’re clean — I’m sorry — but you sound as ignorant as Urban Meyer saying once again that Michigan won’t be able to run against Ohio State.
How’d that work out again coach?
The fact is, this Michigan football team is better than Ohio State, just like the Wolverines have been the past two years.
That’s the truth and after another incredible win — maybe the most important in this rivalry — Day better face it because he and the Buckeye faithful can’t say it was the signs ever again.
