No Harbaugh, no problem

Michigan football knows one thing: Jim Harbaugh won’t be on the sidelines Saturday. However, he is going to be traveling with the team and will go through all of the pre-game stuff.

Essentially, Harbaugh gets to do everything he’s done all season, except for coach three hours on Saturday. It’s a huge hit not to have Harbaugh on Saturday, but if he wasn’t allowed during the building during the week, it would be much worse.

Sherrone Moore proved last week he’s up to the task. It remains to be seen if he can lead the Wolverines to a win over Ohio State, which is the game that will determine if Michigan can win the Big Ten title or have the chance to compete for a national title.

Michigan football can’t lose to Maryland either. That’s what all the haters want. This has been incredibly unfair to the players but my hope is that they can find a way to keep playing their best football.

They played at a high level last week and while I think this distraction might hurt in some fashion, I still see Michigan football taking care of business and setting up a massive showdown against Ohio State next week with everything on the line.
