Michigan basketball has never beaten the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs

  • Overall series record: 0-1
  • First matchup: December 21, 1981
  • Last matchup: December 21, 1981
  • Last Score: Louisiana Tech 51, Michigan 50

This one features some bad timing, as the only time Louisiana Tech has ever been on Michigan’s schedule came during one of their truly terrible seasons several decades ago.

The Wolverines lost their first 13 games of the 1981-82 season, including a home match against Louisiana Tech for loss number five. The Bulldogs came to Crisler Arena and left with a one-point upset win. The Bulldogs struggled mightily in their own league that season, making the Michigan loss to them even more of a disappointment.
