Michigan football is undefeated against these Big-12 teams

The Big-12 conference has some elite teams as well as some new members that have been added prior to the 2023 season such as Cincinnati, BYU, Houston, and UCF.

That added quite a few teams to the Big 12 members that Michigan football is undefeated against.

Baylor: Michigan football and Baylor haven’t played since the Wolverines’ 1997 national championship season when the Wolverines drubbed the Bears 37-3 at the Big House. The only other meeting was a 14-14 tie back in 1975.

Oklahoma State: The Cowboys have made two separate trips to Ann Arbor to play Michigan football and scored three points each time as they are 0-2 against the Wolverines. The last meeting was a 42-3 domination by Michigan.

Cincinnati: The Bears are new to the Big 12 and they are 0-1 against U-M. The only meeting was in 2017 and the Wolverines won 36-14.

UCF: The Knights are also 0-1 against Michigan football but are also joining the Big 12. Their only meeting was a 56-14 blowout at the hands of U-M, although then-UCF head coach Scott Frost said he thought his team out-hit the Wolverines that day.

Houston: The Cougars are 0-3 against the Wolverines all time with the last loss coming back in 2003 when Michigan football won 50-3.

Kansas: Michigan’s series with Kansas dates all the way back to 1893. The Wolverines made back-to-back trips to Kansas City in 1893 and 1894 resulting in consecutive wins. Michigan improved to 3-0 in 1979 thanks to a 28-7 win in Ann Arbor.
