3. Ithiel Horton

Horton entered the portal about a week ago and there has been little to no word of mouth about it. He’s a shooter who will take a bunch of threes almost every night out. He attempted 224 a year ago and is a grad transfer. He’s also had some legal trouble, but it didn’t amount to anything as the charges were dropped, while at Pitt.

Horton helped his squad reach the NIT and had a 30-point outburst against Memphis in January. He went for a total of 32 in both of the close losses to Houston last season. This will be his third transfer during his time in college.

The bad thing for Michigan basketball is that a countless number of teams still have scholarships to fill out their maximum number of roster spots too. Getting two more guys is going to be hard enough, let alone one that will be admitted thanks to the controversial admissions department.
