2. Marcus Watson

Marcus Watson is back on the market because he just recently decommited from Seton Hall and is now free to go elsewhere. He is originally from the state of Georgia. He started at Oklahoma State, then transferred to New Mexico State, before landing at North Carolina A&T, so he’s been all over the place. He scored a lot for the Aggies, but when he went up against the big boys, he disappeared. Watson never played at Oklahoma State due to rape allegations.

There’s no word on if Michigan basketball will pursue him yet, but coach Howard has no room to be picky anymore. The Aggies went 13-19 last season with Watson being their second-leading scorer behind Kam Woods. People will want to know why he didn’t last at Seton Hall before he transfers to his next destination though. Watson will be transferring for the fourth time in his college career.

Watson was a highly coveted recruit coming out of high school. His career high is 28, which he did twice over a two-year span. Finally going to a power five conference school is what could be the missing piece that gets the best out of Watson.
