Ohio State is ranked #2 for a reason. The Buckeyes are loaded at every position, from offense to defense to special teams. C.J. Stroud is the household name of the group, as he’s a Heisman contender and potential #1 overall NFL draft pick.

Ohio State has a number of other guys that you should be familiar with going into tomorrow’s game though. Here are the five biggest names for Ohio State vs Michigan Football.

1. Marvin Harrison Jr.

With Jaxon Smith-Njigba missing a large part of the season, other Ohio State receivers have had to step up. Marvin Harrison Jr., son of Indianapolis Colts’ legend Marvin Harrison Sr., has done just that. He’s a Biletnikoff Award finalist and has been arguably the best receiver in the country.

His statline for the year features 65 receptions for 1,037 yards and 11 touchdowns, garnering him 16 yards per catch. He’s torched defensive backs left and right, and could do the same against Michigan football.

Between being matched up with DJ Turner, whom he holds a four-inch height advantage over, or Will Johnson, who’s a true freshman, he’ll be tough to defend.

Michigan football might need a safety helping over the top pretty much all game, which could open up other guys down the field. It’ll be interesting to see how Minter gameplans around Harrison Jr., and how it impacts the rest of Ohio State’s passing game.
