At the seven-game mark, has Michigan met your expectations, or exceeded your expectations, and why?

Jared: Exceeded them. It’s strange because I expected them to be 7-0, but the dominance they showed against Penn State last weekend, and the relentlessness they have demonstrated in every encounter with adversity shows me that this team is on a similar path to 2021, which I wasn’t sure they could match. Will they beat Ohio State in Columbus? I’m not sure, but they will have as good of a shot as they’ve had under Jim Harbaugh.

Josh: Exceeded them. The run game and offensive line are somehow better than last season, and the defense as a whole is – at the very least – the same as last year’s. I feel more confident about Michigan beating Ohio State now than I did at any point last season.

Chris: Michigan football has exceeded my expectations. I did pick the Wolverines to start 7-0, so I’m not that shocked. However, the way they have done it. I wasn’t surprised that they were more physical than Penn State. That’s the history of Harbaugh-Franklin. But I was surprised by the 418 yards and how well Michigan ran it against Iowa. This team is legit. Every goal is attainable.

Cameron: I’d definitely say Michigan football has exceeded my expectations. Just because the offensive line has been better than advertised, same with the defense. And I expected the Penn State game to be pretty close, hit it was an absolute butt-kicking. I’ve been pleasantly surprised this season.
