Former Michigan basketball star Jordan Poole had another stellar playoff performance for the Golden State Warriors on Monday night.

Jordan Poole is making himself some money this postseason and for the second straight NBA playoff game, he went off in a win for the Golden State Warriors.

After becoming just the third Warrior to score 30 points in an NBA playoff debut, which was a team-high, Poole followed it up with a 5-for-10 outing from 3-point range and 29 points in Golden State’s game two victory over The Nuggets.

It’s been incredible to watch Poole develop over the past few seasons and hardly anyone predicted this kind of breakout performance when he left Michigan basketball early for the NBA draft.

Lots of people criticized him and said he was making a mistake, but as it turns out, Poole knew exactly what he was doing and Golden State proved to be the perfect landing spot.

The Warriors also got an impressive 34 points from Steph Curry in just 23 minutes off the bench. Curry has been recovering from an injury since March and Game One was his first game back. In his absence, Poole has been dominant and the Warriors have found already a way to get both guys playing really well so far in the first round.

And if it continues, Poole’s run in the NBA playoffs isn’t going to come to an end soon.
