Projected Tight End Depth Chart

TE1 – Erick All (Senior)

TE2 – Luke Schoonmaker (Grad)

Again, this is not a situation where there necessarily is a “backup” because they’ll be filtered in and out so much it’s not going to matter.

However, it is clear and cut that these two will be getting the bulk of the playing time for the Wolverines.

I think Erick All is going to be a true weapon for the Wolverines this season. While he has made some costly miscues throughout the season, it’s just part of the learning curve as 2021 was his true first season of seeing major action on the field.

Schoonmaker is going to be a fantastic addition to Erick All as Luke is a fantastic blocking tight end but has shown the capability of making plays through the air. I’d look to see him maybe start to develop more of a role downfield as possibly a 4th or 5th option.
