3. Limiting unnecessary turnovers

The truth is that Michigan’s own kryptonite this season has been itself. Michigan has been averaging well over 10 turnovers a game which is completely unacceptable. Michigan’s turnovers have been a topic of discussion the whole season and appear to not be getting better.

While Michigan has gotten a little better with turnovers as of late, they’re still committing more than their opponents as they are completely unnecessary transition turnovers or lose ball turnovers.

Finding a way to keep the ball secured as well as maintaining the tempo they want to play is going to be an important factor against Rutgers—and the rest of the season.
