What does Michigan football need to do to beat Georgia and advance to the National Championship?

The time has come. They are actually here, Michigan football fans.

When your friends, family, this very site, as well as other members of the media, projected this team being anywhere from 5-7 to 8-4, did you really think there was a real chance that they would be here?

Well, they are.

Your Wolverines are in the college football playoff and have a legitimate shot at winning the national title.

Georgia and Michigan are the epitome of in my opinion the way football should be played and the way the team should be built.

Smashmouth run game. Dominate play in the trenches on both sides. And coaches that don’t give rats behind what you think of them.

For Michigan to win this game, the Wolverines are going to have to play the level of football they did against the Ohio State Buckeyes in the regular-season finale, and against the Iowa Hawkeyes in the Big Ten Championship game.

Simply put, Michigan has to play at the same “championship level” that it did then if the Wolverines want to advance to the national title game.

What do they need to do to play to that aforementioned “championship level”? And what keys to victory are there for the Wolverines?

Let’s get into it.
