Michigan basketball improved to 7-4 on the season after logging blowout victories over Nebraska and Southern Utah, and a disappointing loss to Minnesota over the past two weeks.
The Wolverines began this two-week stretch with a dominant win on the road against conference foe Nebraska.
That performance was buoyed by a three-point barrage from the entire Michigan basketball rotation as eight different players made a three.
They followed that scorching shooting night with an absolute dud against Minnesota as the team shot just 16.7% from outside the arc, making only three attempts.
The Wolverines lost at home by double digits, which is not something that happens very often — especially against a team of Minnesota’s caliber.
After a week of practice, the Wolverines returned to the hardwood against a solid Southern Utah squad and got back to their winning ways with emphasis.
Michigan basketball posted a dominant 27-point win led by sophomore star Hunter Dickinson and his fourth consecutive double-double.
Now that we’ve recapped the team’s performance, let’s hand out some individual awards for the Wolverines’ 2-1 stretch.
