3. Donovan Edwards is now Michigan’s top wideout

This one is still relatively unknown but is an overreaction for now following his first standout performance in the winged helmet. Edwards made everyone take notice that he can be a seriously dangerous weapon in the passing game. His 10 snags for 170 yards is a school record for the most receiving yards ever by a running back in a single contest.

Since the absence of Ronnie Bell other receivers on the roster have not set the bar too high when it comes to putting up stats that make folks ease their worries about the depth of the position. Therefore every little bit is welcomed at the most opportune of times for a position that is lacking a real threat to put fear in opposing defenses.

Josh Gattis has got to find ways to use his freshman running back more and more when they match up with the Buckeyes.
