The Michigan football program closed the month of June with some momentum on the recruiting trail and here are five recruits who could commit in July.

The month of June was pretty good for Michigan football. The Wolverines picked up five commitments and started to pick up some real momentum on the trail.

Of course, four of the five commitments are currently rated as three-star prospects, but there will be ranking updates and I’m confident many will rise. Jayden Denegal was a four-star commit at the quarterback position and with his addition to the class, Michigan football answered one of the biggest remaining questions.

Now, as the calendar turns to July, the Wolverines are on the verge of landing other pledges and potentially missing out on others as decisions near. Signing day isn’t until December, but this is going to be a busy month, and here are five recruits who could wind up committing.

4-star DE Mario Eugenio

Mario Eugenio is the first guy up on the list because we know when he will be announcing his decision, which is July 5th. It’s likely he has already made his choice and all of his crystal ball predictions have him going to Michigan.

Iowa State and Indiana were some of the other schools in the mix, but the visit to Ann Arbor seemed to wrap things up with the No. 282 recruit overall and 13th-ranked edge rusher according to the 247 sports composite rankings.

Michigan experts have projected him to the Wolverines and the Clearwater, Florida prospect also got a projection from Andrew Ivins who covers Miami for 247 so it looks like a done deal.
