The Michigan basketball team is looking to keep things rolling when it heads to Bloomington Saturday to take on the struggling Hoosiers. The Wolverines are coming off a blowout win over top-10 Iowa in which they pulled away in the second half in route to a 22-point victory.

Michigan and Indiana are two teams going in opposite directions. The Wolverines are soaring after another big win and are looking to wrap up their first Big Ten outright title since 2014. The Hoosiers, on the other hand, have lost two straight to Michigan State and Rutgers.

Indiana is sitting firmly on the bubble and could use a huge win against the Wolverines. But outside of the Hoosiers sweep of Iowa, they haven’t shown any reason why they could do that.

The Hoosiers are led by super sophomore Trayce Jackson-Davis, who is averaging a team-high 20.3 points and 9.5 rebounds per game. He is undoubtedly their best player and one the Wolverines are going to have to keep in check.

The Wolverine’s game against Indiana will be the second of five games in a 10-day stretch. Michigan is making up games they missed during their pause and it makes for a challenging schedule. But with the way they are playing it might not matter.

The Wolverines need just two wins in their last four games to claim the conference title and it starts with Indiana on Saturday. But before we get to the game let’s take a look at three keys for Michigan to come back home one step closer to the title.
