Another Tennessee LB

With everything going on with Tennessee, it’s not shocking to see another former Volunteer on the list and this name will be one familiar to followers of Michigan football recruiting as Quavaris Crouch was a top target for U-M back in the 2019 class.

Like To’o To’o, Crouch is a former top-100 recruit and ranked 61st overall according to the 247 sports composite rankings. He was also productive for Tennessee this past season with 57 tackles, two tackles for loss and a forced fumble.

Simply put, Crouch is a dynamic athlete and one that would be a welcome addition to the Wolverines, who really struggled covering people in the passing game with linebackers.

Adding Crouch and To’o To’o would obviously be a dream come true for Michigan. The Wolverines were one of the finalists for Crouch the first time around and there is an immediate opening for playing time.

These are the kinds of moves Michigan needs to make in the portal and while the defensive line and in particular defensive tackle needs to be a focus, the talent of the former Tennessee linebackers can’t be ignored and just one would be a game-changing addition.
