The inferno that is Michigan basketball blasted through a top ten opponent and cannot be slowed down by anyone at this moment in time.

From the outset the Wolverines had the intensity and enthusiasm it needed to come into a contest with a rival top ten foe.

They steadied the ship early and it payed off for them in the long run with an avalanche of good vibes that went there way in this one. It was never really a close encounter to speak of and that is due to how Michigan basketball continually handles its business once again.

To end the half the defense shut the door on Wisconsin from putting the ball in the basket. It went on like that for roughly 13 plus minutes of game-time and well into the second half.

The Wolverines went on a run that lasted longer then anyone can realistically imagine until the Badgers finally made a bucket.

At one point Michigan basketball tallied up to a 43-6 run. It’s got to be one of the biggest spurts that anyone can say that they’ve ever seen watching Michigan hoops for about as long as can be remembered.

This team is on a roll that is likened to the one that the 2013 squad went on all the way to the national title game. They are showing the world that they have what it takes to compete for not only the Big Ten, but on the national level as well. The sky is the limit as long as they stay invested by taking it one step at a time and ultimately being the final group standing when April comes around.
