Michigan Basketball: How to watch Wolverines against Maryland
Michigan basketball will be back on the court this week against Maryland and here’s how to watch and stream the Wolverines.
The Michigan basketball team is 7-0 and right now, the Wolverines are getting ready to enter a very difficult stretch which starts Thursday against the Maryland Terrapins.
This will be the second straight road game for the Wolverines who went on the road to Nebraska on Christmas Day and put together an impressive win, in what was the first true road game of the season.
Maryland has already played three games in the Big Ten and after losing the first two games of conference play to Rutgers and Purdue, the Terps turned around and pulled an upset over Wisconsin just last night.
The impressive thing about the Terps win in Madison was their defense as they held the Badgers to just over a point per possession.

As solid as the win was over Nebraska on Christmas Day, this contest against Maryland will be just the Wolverines second top-100 matchup according to the Kenpom rankings.
If you have watched Maryland basketball the past few years, you won’t recognize some of the names that you will hear on the floor Thursday night and the Terps leading scorer is junior guard Eric Ayala who is averaging 14.7 points per game.
Aaron Wiggins is a name that fans should remember but other than that, this is a very different Maryland team and one that has only two players listed at 6-foot-10 or taller.
Defense has still been the name of the game for the Terps this season as they are allowing opponents to score 65.1 points per game.
One thing Maryland does very well on the offensive end is shoot the 3-ball and the Terps are just above 35 percent shooting from beyond the arc.
Obviously, winning the 3-point battle is always key and with a huge size advantage inside, Hunter Dickinson should be able to have a field day.
We’ll have more on the matchup tomorrow with our predictions, but here’s how to watch, stream and listen to Michigan basketball vs Maryland.
