With no Michigan Football to watch, for the time being, rekindling stories from games of yesterday’s past can bring back some fond memories.

One week from this weekend would have been the road opener for Michigan football. A highly anticipated top 25 battle with the Washington Huskies in the pacific northwest.

Sadly that encounter won’t proceed and it’s unknown when exactly the Big Ten will resume play.

For now, the Big Ten is still in the process of mulling over their course for action on the 2020 schedule.

So I decided to come up with a couple of games that took place in the current month that had a profound impact on the legendary mystique of Michigan football. What follows is a breakdown of some of the all-time memorable games from the month of August.
